Dear Authors and Participants in ITA 2008,

Please receive our thanks for your hard work and fruitful partnership.

The Conferences and Workshops of ITA 2008 continued the process of integration of the World Scientific Community.

More than 150 participants from 27 countries (Armenia, Belarus, Belgium, Bulgaria, Canada, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, Germany, Greece, India, Iran, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lithuania, Malaysia, Netherlands, Poland, Russia, Spain, UK, Ukraine, USA) took part in 10 days scientific collaboration in the hotel "Panorama" in Varna, Bulgaria. In addition, the other ITA 2008 Events in Ukraine and Bulgaria made the impact of our ideas visible and considerable. More than 1000 pages A4 were published in the 6 books of the International Book Series "Information Science and Computing". The best ideas of the presented at the conferences were invited to be published as extended papers in the International Journal "Information Theories and Applications" (IJITA) and International Journal "Information Technologies and Knowledge" (IJITK). The ITA 2008 was documented in more than 2500 photos, 950 of them are presented below.
